How to use this Template:

Add projects to the list as they come to you
A new project can be added under any combination of Impact and Effort by clicking the “+ New” button
Projects can be dragged anywhere in the grid as effort and/or impact changes
Each project can also store additional information for it such as dimensions, to-do lists, and reference images
The Shop Projects grid can also be duplicated for other types of projects
